Can a Therapist's words speed recovery for breast cancer patients?
NCT ID NCT07367334
Summary
This study looked at whether adding specific verbal instructions and encouragement from a therapist makes a standard exercise program more helpful for breast cancer survivors. It involved 34 women undergoing radiation therapy, comparing those who exercised with this guidance to those who exercised without it. The goal was to see if the extra coaching led to better shoulder movement, less fatigue, and lower stress levels after 12 weeks.
