Summary

This study will compare two types of exercise training—neuromuscular and resistance training—in 40 adults with chronic heart failure. Participants will do supervised exercises for 10 weeks. The goal is to see which approach better improves walking ability, heart fitness, and leg strength. This research may help doctors recommend more effective rehabilitation for heart failure patients.
