NCT ID NCT05818605

Summary

This study is testing whether a 24-week program of moderate exercise can improve symptoms and heart function in people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). About 70 participants will be randomly assigned to either follow the exercise program or continue with their usual physical activity. Researchers will measure changes in fitness, heart strain, and symptoms to see if the exercise plan is safe and helpful.
