Summary
This study looked at 100 people who had a heart attack and compared two exercise programs: steady moderate exercise versus short bursts of high-intensity exercise with rest periods. The goal was to see which type better improves the heart's ability to squeeze and relax, measured by a special ultrasound. The findings help doctors choose the best rehab exercise for heart attack survivors.
