Summary

This study aims to find out which type of exercise is better at preventing low back and neck pain in healthy women who work desk jobs. It will compare two different workout programs—one focused on core stability and another on functional strength—against basic health education. The goal is to provide clearer guidance for designing preventive exercise routines to help women avoid pain and maintain their quality of life.
