First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested whether a special exercise program could help people with high blood pressure (hypertension) who have a dangerous nighttime blood pressure pattern. 198 participants were split into two groups: one received the exercise program plus usual care, the other only usual care. The goal was to see if exercise could normalize blood pressure dips during sleep, which is important for heart health.
