Summary
This study looks at whether exercising before or after breakfast or dinner changes how the body handles blood sugar after meals. Thirty healthy, active young adults will complete five different exercise schedules while wearing a continuous glucose monitor. The goal is to understand the best timing for exercise to manage blood sugar, even in healthy people.
