Summary

This study aims to understand if the timing of exercise—before or after breakfast or dinner—affects how much your blood sugar rises after meals. Researchers will enroll 30 healthy, active young adults who will complete different exercise schedules while wearing a continuous glucose monitor. The goal is to gather knowledge about how meal and exercise timing interact, which could inform future lifestyle recommendations.
