Summary
This study aims to understand how the timing of exercise affects blood sugar in teens with type 1 diabetes. Researchers will compare morning versus afternoon workouts, and continuous moderate exercise versus intense interval sessions. The goal is to gather knowledge to help manage blood sugar levels more effectively during and after physical activity.
