Summary

This study is testing if personalized support from an exercise teacher and a specialized nurse can help people who recently started dialysis become more physically active at home. It will see if this coaching helps patients reach a moderate or high activity level and if they can keep it up over six months. The goal is to improve quality of life by reducing fatigue, improving sleep, and boosting overall well-being.
