Study tests if more supervised exercise helps obese women stick with it
NCT ID NCT07152028
Summary
This small, completed pilot study tested whether a longer period of supervised exercise helps obese women stick with a workout plan and improve their health. Researchers compared a 12-week program that was fully supervised to one where only the first 6 weeks were supervised, with the rest done at home. The goal was to see which approach led to better exercise habits, strength, balance, and quality of life.
