Summary

This study looks at how a 20-week exercise program combining endurance and resistance training affects heart health, body composition, menopause symptoms, and quality of life in 60 physically active postmenopausal women. Participants will be assigned different exercise routines to find the best combination for health benefits. The goal is to help women manage menopause-related changes and reduce heart disease risk.
