Scientists test Fast-Track exercise plan to help future cancer patients
NCT ID NCT07313332
Summary
This small pilot study aims to understand how a short, intense exercise program affects healthy adults. Researchers want to measure changes in fitness and muscle mass to create a baseline for comparison. This information will help design better exercise plans to prepare future colorectal cancer patients for surgery.
