NCT ID NCT06726941

Summary

This study aims to understand how a standard exercise program helps the brain recover after a stroke. Researchers will measure changes in genes and brain-related proteins in the blood of 48 participants who have recently had a stroke and have weakness on one side of their body. They will compare these biological changes with improvements in the participants' movement, strength, and quality of life.
