Summary

This study looks at how one session of intense exercise changes sleep patterns in people who have frequent leg movements during sleep (PLMS). Researchers will compare people with and without PLMS using sleep tests and wearable devices. The goal is to learn more about how exercise affects sleep and to help develop future sleep-tracking technology.
