Summary

This study looks at whether a short, two-week program combining aerobic exercise with a parent-led cognitive behavioral strategy can improve sleep and daily functioning in children with autism who also have sleep problems. About 120 children aged 3-11 will take part. The goal is to see if this approach helps them fall asleep faster, sleep more soundly, and feel better during the day.
