Two-Week exercise plan aims to ease sleep struggles for kids with autism
NCT ID NCT07381504
Summary
This study is testing whether a short, two-week program can help children with autism who also have trouble sleeping. The program combines supervised aerobic exercise for the child with sleep coaching for their parents. Researchers will measure if this approach improves the child's sleep quality, attention, and daily functioning compared to just giving parents the coaching materials.
