NCT ID NCT07485062
Summary
This study aims to see if supervised exercise and a diabetes medication called semaglutide can help improve memory and brain health in older adults with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will assign 164 participants to different groups involving exercise, the medication, or both for up to 32 weeks. The goal is to understand how managing blood sugar and staying active might support brain function and slow cognitive decline.
