Summary
This study is testing if supervised exercise is safe and helpful for people with a specific heart condition called hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM). Participants who are already stable on a medication called mavacamten will either do 6 weeks of supervised workouts or continue their usual care. The main goal is to check if the exercise program is safe, while also measuring changes in fitness, heart function, and quality of life.
