First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized exercise plan, designed with input from an orthopedic clinic, can improve physical function and quality of life in people with multiple myeloma who have bone lesions. About 71 newly diagnosed patients will follow a home-based training program at least twice a week. The goal is to show that exercise is safe and helpful for this group, and to make such programs a standard part of care.
