Summary
This study is testing different exercise programs to see which ones best help older adults stay healthy and independent. Researchers will assign nearly 2,000 participants over age 60 to various exercise groups or a no-exercise comparison group. The programs include options like football training, walking, home exercises, and technology-assisted workouts, all tailored to each person's current health and fitness level.
