Summary

This study is testing whether a specific 5-week home exercise program can help prevent falls in people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Thirty participants with MS will be randomly assigned to one of two exercise groups to compare their balance, mobility, and fear of falling. The goal is to find the best exercise approach to reduce fall risk and improve safety and independence for people living with MS.
