VA tests exercise program to help frail veterans with kidney disease

NCT ID NCT06089057

Summary

This is a small pilot study testing whether a 16-week exercise program is practical and acceptable for older Veterans with advanced kidney disease. The program includes both in-center and at-home physical activity and strength training. The main goal is to see if Veterans find the program doable, not to prove it improves health outcomes. Results will help plan a larger future study.
