Summary
This study will test if a specific exercise program can improve forward head posture and shoulder range of motion in women who have had a mastectomy. The researchers will measure changes in posture angles and shoulder function in 60 women aged 45-65. The goal is to ease symptoms and improve quality of life after surgery.
