Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week exercise program is practical and helpful for men with metastatic prostate cancer who are on hormone therapy. The program aims to reduce common side effects like muscle weakness, fatigue, and risk of falls. Researchers will work with 38 participants to see if they can stick to the exercise plan and if it improves their strength and daily function.
