8-Week exercise boosts Seniors' strength and sleep

Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week group exercise program could improve physical abilities and sleep in older adults aged 65 to 90. Eighty participants from community sites in Taiwan either joined the exercise program or continued their usual activities. The program included aerobic, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises. Results showed improvements in physical performance and sleep quality for those who exercised.
