Summary
This study tested different ways to help older adults become more active after the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 1,000 participants aged 60+ received various combinations of exercise equipment, group classes, and coaching. Researchers measured changes in physical strength, mobility, mental health, and social connection to see which approach worked best.
