Can a simple exercise class keep seniors moving?

NCT ID NCT05126355

Summary

This study is testing whether a group exercise program called 'On the Move' can help older adults walk faster and feel more mobile. Researchers are working with 502 people at 44 community centers to see if regular classes taught by local instructors make a difference. They will measure walking speed and ask participants about their mobility to see if the benefits last.
