First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a 12-week exercise program (twice a week, 45-60 minutes per session) could help older adults aged 65 and over. The program aimed to reduce frailty, improve memory and thinking, and enhance sleep quality. 110 participants were split into an exercise group and a no-exercise control group. The results could offer a simple, drug-free way for seniors to stay healthier.
