New exercise plan aims to tame diabetic nerve pain and fear of falling

NCT ID NCT07075367

Summary

This study is testing whether a specific 12-week exercise program can help people with diabetic nerve pain in their feet and legs. Researchers will compare a new exercise plan targeting the trunk, hips, knees, and ankles to a standard plan focusing just on the feet and ankles. The main goal is to see if the new program better reduces pain symptoms and improves balance and quality of life for the 64 participants.
