Can a tailored exercise plan fight fatigue after COVID and lung disease?

NCT ID NCT05395390

Summary

This study tested a personalized exercise program, done partly at home and partly at a clinic, for people with chronic breathing problems like COPD or sleep apnea, and for people recovering from COVID-19. Researchers wanted to see if this 18-session program could help with common issues like muscle loss and severe tiredness. They compared results between people with these conditions and healthy adults to understand the body's response to this type of rehab.
