Summary
This study tested a personalized exercise program for women who have survived breast or endometrial cancer. All 323 participants used a Fitbit connected to their electronic health record. Women who struggled to meet activity goals received extra support, like online exercise videos or coaching calls. The goal was to find the most effective and scalable way to help survivors become more physically active to improve their health and quality of life.
