Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help inactive older adults build lasting exercise habits and improve their memory and thinking skills. Researchers will compare three different weekly planning approaches to see which one most effectively increases physical activity and cognitive function. Participants will wear activity trackers and complete brief memory tests on their smartphones over several months.
