Scientists study how Mom's exercise powers Baby's growth

NCT ID NCT07356180

Summary

This study aims to understand how regular physical activity during pregnancy affects the placenta's health and function. Researchers will follow 40 pregnant women, collecting health information and biological samples to see if active lifestyles improve how the placenta supports the baby's growth. Participants won't change their exercise habits—the study simply observes the relationship between activity levels and placental health markers measured after delivery.
