Is your Workout's pain relief better in the morning or evening?

NCT ID NCT07290465

Summary

This study aims to understand if the time of day you exercise affects how much it reduces your pain sensitivity. Researchers will test healthy adults, having them do intense workouts in both morning and evening sessions. They will measure pain thresholds before and after exercise to see if our body's natural clock influences this pain-relief effect.
