Can a daily walk add years to your life? massive study revisits data for answers
NCT ID NCT07224659
Summary
This study aims to understand the link between exercise and lifespan by analyzing health data from over 150,000 people aged 55-74. Researchers will look back at information from a previous large cancer screening trial, where people reported their exercise habits. The goal is to see if people who exercised more had a lower risk of dying from any cause over time.
