Mind over pain? study tests exercise and mindfulness for aching backs
NCT ID NCT05443880
Summary
This study tested two programs to help people with long-term, non-specific low back pain. It compared a supervised exercise program to a program combining the same exercise with mindfulness training. The goal was to see which approach was better at reducing pain, improving strength and endurance, and helping people move more easily in their daily lives.
