Summary
This study aims to find out which type of exercise program works best to get inactive young adults moving and improve their health. Researchers will compare three methods: supervised group classes, a mobile app, and video-guided home workouts. Thirty inactive adults in Istanbul will follow one of these programs for eight weeks, and their activity levels, fitness, and quality of life will be measured.
