Summary
This study aimed to understand the connection between physical activity and mental health in medical residents. Researchers surveyed 206 French residents about their exercise habits and symptoms of anxiety, depression, and burnout at one point in time. The goal was to see if lower activity levels or reduced exercise since medical school were linked to worse mental health outcomes.
