Summary

This study aims to see if people with Parkinson's disease can manage their own exercise schedules at home using a telerehabilitation system and get similar benefits to a supervised program. Researchers will compare two groups over 8 weeks to measure changes in movement, walking, balance, and quality of life. The goal is to help patients stick with exercise long-term by removing common barriers like transportation and scheduling.
