Can your workout routine predict your lifespan?
NCT ID NCT07224659
Summary
This study aims to understand if the amount of exercise people do is connected to how long they live. Researchers will analyze existing health data from over 150,000 adults aged 55 to 74. They will look at people's self-reported exercise habits and track mortality rates over time to see if more active people tend to live longer.
