Summary
This study tests a structured exercise program called COMMUNITY EXPECTING for pregnant women with obesity who are not very active. The program includes aerobic and strength exercises delivered in community settings like fitness centers. Researchers want to see if it helps women be more active and improves health for both mothers and babies. About 228 women will take part, and their activity levels will be tracked with a FitBit.
