Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-month program of combined aerobic and resistance exercises, done during dialysis sessions, can improve muscle strength, body composition, and quality of life in people with chronic kidney disease. Forty adults on hemodialysis will be randomly assigned to either the exercise group or usual care. Researchers will measure changes in muscle oxygenation, walking ability, handgrip strength, and mental well-being.
