First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week exercise program can improve how well immunotherapy works in people with non-small cell lung cancer. One hundred participants will either do moderate or high-intensity interval cycling, or receive standard exercise advice. Researchers will measure tumor changes and immune cell activity to see if exercise makes a difference.
