Summary
This study is testing whether adding a structured 12-week exercise program to standard immunotherapy can help patients with non-small cell lung cancer. It will compare two different types of exercise training to standard advice to see if exercise improves how well the cancer treatment works. Researchers will also check for changes in the immune system and patient fitness.
