Can exercise change a Child's gut bugs?

Summary
This study aims to understand if a 16-week exercise program can improve physical fitness and change the types of bacteria in the gut of healthy children. About 113 kids aged 7-10 will be randomly assigned to either do the exercise program or participate in quiet activities like reading. Researchers will measure changes in fitness and analyze stool samples to see if exercise affects gut health.
