Summary
This study tests whether a 16-week moderate-to-vigorous physical activity program can improve physical fitness and alter gut bacteria in healthy school-aged children. About 113 kids aged 6-9 will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or a control group. Researchers will measure changes in fitness scores and gut microbiota diversity.
