Can playful group exercise lift the fog of youth anxiety and depression?
NCT ID NCT07304219
Summary
This study is testing whether a 7-week group exercise program can help children and teenagers who are already in treatment for anxiety and depression. The program aims to reduce symptoms by encouraging physical activity and social participation in a supportive, non-competitive setting. Researchers will compare the program's effects to a waitlist group to see if it improves mood, daily activity, and quality of life.
