Virtual workouts tested to help women with heart disease live better

Summary
This study aims to find the best virtual exercise program for women with coronary heart disease. Researchers will compare two types of workouts—high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate continuous training (MICT)—to see which better improves fitness, mental health, and quality of life. About 172 women will participate in twice-weekly virtual exercise sessions for 12 weeks, with follow-up assessments to measure results.
