Can group workouts to music lift Women's moods?

Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week group exercise program, set to music, can improve emotional well-being and physical health in middle-aged women who are currently inactive and experiencing mild psychological distress. One hundred women will be randomly assigned to either start the exercise program immediately or be placed on a waitlist. Researchers will measure changes in mood, anxiety, depression, fitness, and quality of life.
