Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week multimodal exercise program can improve muscle function and physical performance in middle-aged adults (45-64 years) with type 2 diabetes. 66 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive standard education or join the exercise program. The goal is to see if exercise can help prevent muscle loss and improve quality of life.
